Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nexus AI platform, operated by Nexus AI, the service operator based in South Africa. By creating an account or using the service at nexustradeai.live, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. The Service

Nexus AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) trading journal and AI coaching platform. It allows traders to log trades, analyse performance, and receive AI-generated insights based on their own data. The platform is delivered entirely via web browser and does not involve the physical delivery of goods.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Free Plan (R0/month): Limited to 10 trades. Access to core journaling features. No credit card required.
  • Pro Plan (R299/month): Unlimited trades, AI coaching, analytics, portfolio tracking and all premium features. Pro access is currently granted manually by the platform operator while payment infrastructure is being finalised. Contact nexustrademarketing@gmail.com to request Pro access.

Subscription prices are in South African Rand (ZAR). Nexus AI reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing users.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • You may not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.

5. Not Financial Advice

Nexus AI is not a financial services provider. All content, AI-generated coaching, analytics, and insights provided by the platform are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss. Always consult a licensed financial advisor before making trading decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and materials on the Nexus AI platform are the exclusive property of the service operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the Settings page or by contacting support. Nexus AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, your access to Pro features ceases at the end of the current billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Nexus AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including any trading losses incurred.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
