Delivery Policy

1. Digital Product — No Physical Delivery

Nexus AI is a 100% digital, software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods. This policy explains how and when you receive access to the service after payment.

2. Immediate Access Upon Payment

Service access is granted once the platform operator confirms your Pro access request. There is no waiting period or shipping delay.
  • Pro plan features are activated once your access request is confirmed via email.
  • You will be able to access all Pro features by logging in to your account at nexustradeai.live once access is granted.

3. Email Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address once your Pro access is activated. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

4. Service Delivery Platform

The Nexus AI service is delivered exclusively via:
  • Web platform: nexustradeai.live — accessible on any modern desktop or laptop browser.
  • Mobile browser: Fully responsive on iOS and Android devices via Safari, Chrome, or any modern mobile browser.
No app download or installation is required.

5. Access Not Received

If your Pro features are not activated within 24 hours of your access request, please contact nexustrademarketing@gmail.com with your registered email address. We will resolve access issues within 1 business day.

6. Service Availability

Nexus AI aims for maximum uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Temporary outages do not constitute a failure of delivery and are not grounds for a refund unless the service is unavailable for an extended period.
