Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective date: June 2026
1. Digital Service
Nexus AI is a purely digital, software-as-a-service product. No physical goods are sold or shipped. This policy governs billing, cancellations, and refunds for all subscription plans.
2. Free Plan
The Free plan costs nothing and is not subject to any billing. You may stop using the service at any time without any action required. There is no charge to cancel.
3. Pro Plan — Cancellation
The Pro plan is billed at R299/month. You may cancel at any time by emailing nexustrademarketing@gmail.com. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will be maintained until the end of the current period.
4. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
First-time Pro subscribers who are unsatisfied with the service may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of their first charge.
- To request a refund, email nexustrademarketing@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
- The money-back guarantee applies to your first billing cycle only.
5. No Refunds After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after the first charge, or for any subsequent billing cycle, will not be approved. This policy is consistent with standard practice for digital subscription services under South African consumer law.
6. Payment Processing
Payment processing is currently being finalised. Pro access is granted manually by the platform operator. Contact nexustrademarketing@gmail.com to request Pro access or discuss billing.
